itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Von einer Dachterrasse blicke ich auf den Durbar Square, den Platz auf dem sich der alte K\u00f6nigspalast, der Hanuman Dhoka und etliche Tempel und Heiligt\u00fcmer, die vor allem aus der Zeit der K\u00f6nigreiche der Malla-Dynastie vom 12. bis 18. Jahrhundert stammen, befinden \u2013 oder befanden, muss man leider und zutreffend sagen. Der K\u00f6nigspalast weist schwere Sch\u00e4den auf. Rote Ziegelsteine liegen chaotisch verstreut herum, improvisierte St\u00fctzpfeiler an den Au\u00dfenw\u00e4nden sollen verhindern, dass noch mehr Teile des Geb\u00e4udes einst\u00fcrzen. Rote Warnschilder mit dem Aufdruck: &#8222;Restricted Zones&#8220; warnen vor Betreten der Bereiche, die stark einsturzgef\u00e4hrdet sind. Gr\u00fcne Schilder auf dem K\u00f6nigsplatz, auf denen: &#8222;Safe Zones&#8220; zu lesen ist, sind nach wie vor vermeintlich sicher. Viele der mehr als 50 Pagoden, Tempel und Pal\u00e4ste sind zerst\u00f6rt oder stark besch\u00e4digt. Der Taleju Tempel, der h\u00f6chste Tempel auf dem Platz, den ein dreistufiges Pagodendach kr\u00f6nt, ist wie durch ein Wunder stehen geblieben. Er ist der G\u00f6ttin Taleju gewidmet, welche die Schutzg\u00f6ttin des ganzen Kathmandutales ist. Der Platz, der auch Basantapur Durbar Kshetra genannt wird und auf dem in der Vergangenheit unz\u00e4hlige H\u00e4ndler ihre Souvenirs anboten, war von Touristen bev\u00f6lkert \u2013 nun herrscht gespenstische Leere. Ein Soldat hockt auf einem Stuhl vor einen provisorisch aufgestellten Wachh\u00e4uschen am s\u00fcdlichen Teil des ehemaligen K\u00f6nigspalast.<br \/>\nDer Kasthamandap Tempel, den ich, w\u00fcrde er noch stehen, links von mir erblicken k\u00f6nnte, wurde angeblich aus dem Holz eines einzigen Baumes gefertigt. Mit drei D\u00e4chern, in Pagodenbauweise errichtet, ist er auch der Namensgeber der Nepalesischen Hauptstadt. Nur noch vor meinem geistigen Auge erscheint mir dieser Tempelschrein, der den Durbar Square durch seine architektonische Besonderheit un\u00fcbersehbar pr\u00e4gte. Alles liegt im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes immer noch am Boden. Mit der Rekonstruktion und dem Aufbau wurde noch nicht begonnen. Das einzige Positive daran ist, dass w\u00e4hrend der Aufr\u00e4umarbeiten gekl\u00e4rt werden konnte, dass der Kasthamandap im 7. Jahrhundert w\u00e4hrend der Lichhavi-\u00c4ra gebaut wurde \u2013 was bisher nicht ganz gekl\u00e4rt war.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Bewohner von Kathmandu war das Erdbeben nicht nur eine schreckliche humanit\u00e4re Katastrophe, sondern hat gleicherma\u00dfen einen ma\u00dflosen kulturellen, sowie spirituellen Verlust verursacht. Einen Wiederaufbau kann ich mir bei diesem Anblick und dem Ausma\u00df der Zerst\u00f6rung nur schwer vorstellen und wenn, dann wird der Wiederaufbau viel Zeit beanspruchen. Noch dazu ist Nepal eines der \u00e4rmsten L\u00e4nder der Welt und auf ausl\u00e4ndische Hilfe angewiesen, um diese Mammutaufgabe zu bew\u00e4ltigen. Es gab in der Vergangenheit immer wieder starke Erdbeben &#8211; das letzte im Jahr 1934 &#8211; auch damals gab es gewaltige Sch\u00e4den und viele Tote zu beklagen. Beim j\u00fcngsten Erdbeben mit der St\u00e4rke von 7,8 auf einer Skala von 10, am 25. April 2015 mit etlichen Nachbeben, die bis Mitte Juni 2015 folgten, starben in dem Himalaja-Staat rund 10.000 Menschen an dessen Folgen. Durch die Beben wurde Kathmandu um 1,5 Meter nach S\u00fcden verschoben und um einen Meter angehoben. Das Ausma\u00df, welches in den Medien oft nur in n\u00fcchtern wirkenden Zahlen versucht wird zu beschreiben, wird verst\u00e4ndlicher wenn man auf die kaum fassbaren Schicksale, die sich dahinter verbergen, blickt.<br \/>\nIn der Erz\u00e4hlung meines nepalesischen Freundes Tej, den ich erst ein paar Tage nach Beginn der Katastrophe telefonisch erreichen konnte, schildert er mir am Telefon, wie sich der Stra\u00dfenasphalt stark auf und ab bewegte, wie beim Wogen gro\u00dfer Wellen auf dem Meer. Es war ihm nicht m\u00f6glich stehen zu bleiben, er wurde zu Boden geschleudert. Wochenlang kampierte er mit seiner Familie auf der Stra\u00dfe, aus Angst, dass ihr Haus jederzeit einst\u00fcrzen k\u00f6nnte. Zum Gl\u00fcck haben alle \u00fcberlebt, aber ihre Habe verloren und unendlich viel Leid erfahren.<br \/>\nIn vielen weiteren Teilen des Landes sieht es ebenso aus, als habe das Erdbeben erst vor wenigen Tagen das Land ersch\u00fcttert. Vielerorts liegen auch ein Jahr nach der Katastrophe Tr\u00fcmmer herum und es stehen Ruinen. Kein Wunder, bei den gewaltigen Auswirkungen, denen alleine 800.000 Geb\u00e4ude zum Opfer fielen. Unz\u00e4hlige Male bin ich in den vergangenen Jahren bei meinen Besuchen in Nepal die alte knarrende Holztreppe des engen Treppenhauses des alten K\u00f6nigspalastes empor gestiegen, habe dabei die alten Holzbalken immer wieder mit den H\u00e4nden abgetastet, um dann schlie\u00dflich durch ein winziges Fenster auf den Durbar Square zu blicken. Ein erhabener Ausblick erbot sich aus dieser erh\u00f6hten Perspektive auf den Platz und umliegende Tempel, wie ihn sonst nur die vielen Tauben haben. Hunde d\u00f6sen in der grellen Mittagssonne, Menschen schreiten gem\u00e4chlichen Schrittes \u00fcber den gro\u00dfen Platz. Das Leben geht weiter. Nachdem ich gefr\u00fchst\u00fcckt habe, verlasse ich das \u201eRoof-Top-Restaurant\u201c, die Dachterrasse des \u201eVishram\u201c. Der Gang der Dinge nimmt seinen Lauf und er wird sich auch weiterhin nicht nach unseren W\u00fcnschen und Hoffnungen richten. Ich gehe gem\u00e4chlichen Schrittes durch die Gassen der Altstadt in Richtung Asan Tole, des zentralen Markplatzes der Altstadt von Kathmandu. \u00dcberall haben die G\u00f6tter und G\u00f6ttinnen Risse bekommen und teilweise schwere Wunden erlitten, dadurch, dass sich aufgestaute Spannungen zwischen der Indischen und Eurasische Erdplatte in 18 Kilometern Tiefe pl\u00f6tzlich entladen haben. Schon seit etwa 50 Millionen Jahren werden sie von gewaltigen Kr\u00e4ften gegeneinander gepresst und dabei bewegt sich die indische Erdkrustenplatte etwa vier Zentimeter pro Jahr nach Norden.<br \/>\nIn der Summe macht das bis jetzt 2000 Kilometer. Es wird, und dass ist die traurige und unausweichliche Tatsache, wieder ein Erdbeben geben &#8211; nur zu welchem Zeitpunkt ist nicht gewiss. Nepal befindet sich in einer geologischen Hochrisikozone, der Grenze zweier tektonischer Platten, wie es n\u00fcchtern und im Jargon der Geologen hei\u00dft. Tektonische Verschiebungen sind gnadenlos.<br \/>\nAlles auf diesem Planeten ist in permanenter Bewegung.<\/p>\n<p>Gem\u00fcse, Obst, Gew\u00fcrze und getrockneter Fisch wird an den zahlreichen St\u00e4nden auf dem Markt angeboten. Ein reges Treiben herrscht hier, wo auch bedeutende Tempel ihren Platz haben. Einer von ihnen ist dem Gott mit dem Elefantenkopf \u2013 Ganesha, Gl\u00fccksgott und Sohn von Shiva und Parvati geweiht und der zweite der G\u00f6ttin Annapurna gewidmet, der G\u00f6ttin der Fruchtbarkeit, der Ernte und des t\u00e4glichen Brotes, die daf\u00fcr Sorge tragen soll, das niemand Hunger leidet. Kurz bevor die Sonne untergeht versorgen sich die Menschen in Kathmandu mit dem Notwendigen f\u00fcr das bevorstehende Abendessen. &#8222;We Will Rise Again&#8220; &#8211; &#8222;Wir werden uns wieder erheben&#8220; \u2013 ist die hoffnungsvolle Botschaft der Nepalesinnen und Nepalesen, nach der gewaltigen Naturkatastrophe. Ein Stra\u00dfenh\u00e4ndler kommt flinken Schrittes auf mich zu, da ich als Tourist zur Zeit eine eher seltene Spezies bin. Er h\u00e4lt mir einen geflochtenen Korb vor, der bis zum Rand mit kleinen D\u00f6schen des hier \u00fcberall angebotenen Tigerbalsam angef\u00fcllt ist. Tiger Balm, das Allheilmittel, die Wunderdroge, die bei Erk\u00e4ltungen, Schmerzen, Insektenstichen hilft. Mit einem verschmitzten L\u00e4cheln und Augenzwinkern wird von den fliegenden H\u00e4ndlern oft ein anderer Aspekt hinzugef\u00fcgt: \u201eIt\u00b4s also good for your manpower \u2013 you now?\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Am n\u00e4chsten Tag begebe ich mich an den heiligen Ort der Buddhisten, zur gro\u00dfen Stupa von Bodnath, die etwa 10 Kilometer vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, im Nordosten liegt. Sie ist eines der bedeutendsten Ziele f\u00fcr buddhistische Pilger in Nepal und der umliegenden Himalaya-Region.<br \/>\nHier residiert der Cinya-Lama, der dritth\u00f6chste W\u00fcrdentr\u00e4ger der Tibeter nach dem Dalai Lama und dem Panchen Lama. Es ist bereits am fr\u00fchen Abend und etliche Gl\u00e4ubige umschreiten die Stupa im Uhrzeigersinn zur sogenannten Kora, drehen dabei eigene Gebetsm\u00fchlen oder sto\u00dfen die in Nischen eingelassenen Gebetsm\u00fchlen w\u00e4hrend ihrer Umrundung an. Vielfach wird dabei das Mantra \u201eOm mani padme\u201c von den gl\u00e4ubigen Buddhisten gemurmelt.<br \/>\nDie Stupa ist eine Baustelle &#8211; eine recht geordnete und gut organisierte, wie es scheint und somit ganz in der Tradition der Stupa, deren Grundriss und vierstufigen Sockel einem tibetischen Mandala, welches ebenfalls einen geometrischen Aufbau hat, nachempfunden ist.<br \/>\nDas gro\u00dfe Beben hat die Harmika, den quaderf\u00f6rmigen Aufbau, der mit den allsehenden Augen des Buddhas bemalt war und die in alle vier Himmelsrichtungen blickten, sowie den dreizehnstufigen goldenen Turm der spirituellen Erkenntnis, mit dem abschlie\u00dfenden Schirm der Erleuchtung, dem Nirwana, vom Rest des Bauwerkes, der Garbha, der halbkugelf\u00f6rmigen Kuppel, abgetrennt. Nun sind die \u00dcberreste des einst imponierenden Heiligtums von einem Bambusger\u00fcst, einem Spinnennetz gleich, einger\u00fcstet. Unz\u00e4hlige Arbeiter turnen auf ihm herum und sind emsig mit Bauarbeiten besch\u00e4ftigt. Auf meine Frage an einen der Arbeiter, der ein Trikot mit dem Aufdruck \u201eBayern M\u00fcnchen\u201c tr\u00e4gt, wie viel Zeit der vollst\u00e4ndige Wiederaufbau ben\u00f6tigen wird, bekomme ich von ihm die knappe und \u00fcberzeugend wirkende Antwort: \u201eSix month only.\u201c Ein dunkelrotes Gewand mischt sich unter die, von ihren Sponsoren ebenfalls mit roter Oberbekleidung bedachten, Bauarbeiter. Ein M\u00f6nch erscheint auf der Baustelle, schaut sich bed\u00e4chtig um und erteilt im ruhigen Ton knappe Anweisungen. Die Bauaufsicht hat hier &#8211; anstelle eines Architekten &#8211; offensichtlich ein Diener Buddhas. Ich reihe mich ein in den Strom der Gl\u00e4ubigen, lasse mich mit ihm treiben und umrunde die \u00dcberreste der Stupa einige Male. Die D\u00e4mmerung setzt ein. Das \u201eBest View Restaurant\u201c h\u00e4lt was es verspricht und so mache ich einige Fotos aus der Vogelperspektive von der Stupa, in einem Zustand, wie ich sie noch nie zuvor fotografiert habe. Stein auf Stein wird von zahlreichen H\u00e4nden aufeinander geschichtet, um dem Heiligtum sein urspr\u00fcngliches Antlitz wieder zu geben und zu neuem spirituellen Leben zu erwecken. Der Ort, das habe ich immer wieder bei meinen h\u00e4ufigen Besuchen in der Vergangenheit feststellen k\u00f6nnen, strahlt eine gro\u00dfartige Ruhe und tiefen Frieden aus, der sich in angenehme Weise auch heute wieder auf mich \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt.<br \/>\nIch genie\u00dfe einen Marsala Tea, blicke hinauf zum klaren Himmel, an dem sich zaghaft die ersten Sterne zeigen. Pl\u00f6tzlich vernehme ist ein dumpfes Grollen, kann mir aber nicht vorstellen, dass ein Gewitter naht, da der Himmel wolkenlos ist. Das Grollen verst\u00e4rkt sich, wirkt zunehmend unheimlicher. Nach ein paar Sekunden stelle ich fest, dass es von unten, quasi aus der Erde zu kommen scheint. Ohne auch nur einen weiteren Gedanken zu gewinnen, eine neue \u00dcberlegung anzustellen, vibriert pl\u00f6tzlich Tasse und Teekanne auf dem Tisch, senden klirrende T\u00f6ne aus. Der Stuhl auf dem ich sitze ger\u00e4t in Schwingung, \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt das Zittern in meinen K\u00f6rper. Das gesamte Geb\u00e4ude, auf dem ich mich, im vierten Stock, auf der Dachterrasse befinde, f\u00e4ngt an zu schwanken. Ein seltsames \u201eKlick, Klack\u201c, welches ich nicht zuordnen kann, dringt an meine Ohren. Da sehe ich, wie das Nachbargeb\u00e4ude, welches die gleiche H\u00f6he aufweist, hin und her wankt, wie ein Spielzeug. Das ist also die Ursache dieses ungew\u00f6hnlichen, nie zuvor geh\u00f6rten Ger\u00e4usches, welches gespenstisch und Unheil verk\u00fcndend ist. Mein Herzschlag sp\u00fcre ich mit einem Mal stark pochend und bis hinauf zum Hals. Was ist zu tun, wie kann ich dieser misslichen Lage entfliehen, was ist der schnellste Weg aus dem Geb\u00e4ude heraus, hinaus auf den gro\u00dfen Platz? Etliche Fragen schie\u00dfen mir in k\u00fcrzester Zeit durch den Kopf. Allerdings bin ich wie gel\u00e4hmt und f\u00fchle mich nicht handlungsf\u00e4hig, habe keine Antwort parat, die mich aus dieser prek\u00e4ren Situation bringen k\u00f6nnte, einem unmittelbar eingetreten Zustand, der lebensbedrohlich erscheint, der unbeweglich macht und dem ich mich hilflos ausgeliefert f\u00fchle. Die eigene unbedeutende Existenz wird in diesem Moment mit einem Schlag offensichtlich und ohnm\u00e4chtig folgt darauf die bittere Erkenntnis, dass man eine solche Situation keinesfalls kontrollieren kann &#8211; ihr einfach nur ausgeliefert, dem sogenannten Schicksal wehrlos ergeben ist. So pl\u00f6tzlich das bedrohlich wirkende tiefe Grollen der Erde begonnen hatte, so unversehens das Geb\u00e4ude zu wanken begann, so abrupt endet mit einem Schlag das bis dahin nie erlebte Szenario &#8211; das furchterregende Ereignis. Stille &#8211; eine unwirklich erscheinende Stille folgt. Die wenigen weiteren G\u00e4ste auf der Dachterrasse und die drei Kellner, die wie angewurzelt stehen, wirken wie Puppen einer Staffage in einem surrealen Theaterst\u00fcck. Dann ert\u00f6nt schlagartig ein Geschrei aus zahllosen Kehlen, welches vom Platz der Stupa herauf nach oben dringt. Wie in Zeitlupe erhebe ich mich aus meinem Stuhl, bewege mich vorsichtigen Schrittes zu der Br\u00fcstung der Terrasse, um einen besseren Blick auf das Geschehen zu bekommen. Zu Hunderten sind Menschen aus ihren H\u00e4usern gestr\u00f6mt, in der Hoffnung auf Sicherheit im Freien. Sie haben ihre Behausungen, die sonst Schutz vor den Widrigkeiten der Natur bieten, fluchtartig verlassen, da sich diese schlagartig und unerwartet in Todesfallen verwandelt haben. Oft genug haben die hier Lebenden dieses \u201eNaturph\u00e4nomen\u201c, das ihre Existenz immer wieder bedrohte, im vergangenen Jahr bei dem gro\u00dfen Beben und den zahlreichen Nachbeben durchlitten.<br \/>\nWas bleibt und folgt ist &#8211; wie so oft &#8211; die Hoffnung und der Glaube. Die Hoffnung, dass sich alles zum Guten wenden m\u00f6ge. Der Glaube daran, dass sich eine solche Katastrophe niemals wiederholt. Das Wissen etlicher Geologen allerdings beinhaltet die einfache Tatsache, dass es wieder zu einem Erdbeben kommen wird. Wann allerdings ist ungewiss. Irgendwann wahrscheinlich \u2013 so, wie das vergangene Beben der Erde, die den kleinen Himalayastaat erzittern lie\u00df und gro\u00dfes Leid brachte, auch lange vorhergesagt war.<br \/>\nIn einer Schlucht, etwa 20 Kilometer s\u00fcdwestlich von Kathmandu befindet sich Dakshinkali, das f\u00fcr gl\u00e4ubige Hindus zu den bedeutendsten Heiligt\u00fcmern z\u00e4hlt. Die G\u00f6ttin Kali, w\u00f6rtlich \u201eDie Schwarze\u201c und G\u00f6ttin der Zerst\u00f6rung und der Erneuerung, ist eine m\u00e4chtige G\u00f6ttin, die auch W\u00fcnsche erf\u00fcllen kann, ist hier in Form einer Statue aus Stein pr\u00e4sent. Zweimal in der Woche kommen Gl\u00e4ubige in Scharen, um ihr Opfer zu bringen, sie zu bes\u00e4nftigen, ihr die W\u00fcnsche, die eigenen Unversehrtheit und das pers\u00f6nliche Gl\u00fcck betreffend, abzuringen, ein Erdbeben vom Kathmandu-Tal abzuwenden. Das Blut unkastrierter m\u00e4nnlicher Tiere (meist Ziegenb\u00f6cke oder H\u00e4hne), welches \u00fcber ihr Abbild gespritzt wird, nachdem ein Priester den Tieren die Kehle durchtrennt hat, soll sie milde stimmen &#8211; ihren Zorn bes\u00e4nftigen. Kali ist allerdings nicht nur die G\u00f6ttin der Zerst\u00f6rung und des Todes, sie gilt auch als eine G\u00f6ttin der Transformation und so wiederum als Besch\u00fctzerin und Mutter, die das Leben gibt. Werden und vergehen, diese beiden Aspekte bedingen sich gegenseitig.<\/p>\n<p>Die Tagestemperatur ist, mit \u00fcber 30 Grad Celsius, f\u00fcr diese Zeit au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich hoch. Jegliche Flora ist vertrocknet, mit Staum \u00fcberzogen, hat eine gelbbraune Farbe angenommen, weil es monatelang nicht mehr geregnet hat. Ich bin unterwegs mit dem Bus nach Arubot, dem Dorf in dem mein alter Freund Panta lebt. Der Localbus stoppt immer wieder, um Passagiere aufzunehmen und irgendwann gesellen sich etliche S\u00e4cke gef\u00fcllt mit Reis dazu, die im Gang aufgestapelt werden, bis sie zur Oberkante der Sitzreihen reichen. Eine \u00f6konomische Ausnutzung der Transportkapazit\u00e4t ist auf jeden Fall gegeben. Eine gewisse stoische Gleichg\u00fcltigkeit ist von Nutzen, die Fahrt zu ertragen. Unz\u00e4hlige Kehren schraubt sich der Bus, dicke schwarze Schwaden von Ru\u00df aussto\u00dfend, einen Berg hinauf. Nach jeder Kurve werden Gef\u00e4hrt und Insassen von dichten Schwaden, die eine Mischung vom gelben Staub der Piste vermischt mit dem schwarzen Ru\u00dfpartikeln von verbranntem Diesel, eingeh\u00fcllt. Da fast alle Scheiben nicht intakt sind, dringen die Staubwolken in das Businnere und ich bin froh eine Schutzmaske zu tragen. Dann endlich bin ich am Ziel. Acht Stunden Fahrt wurden ben\u00f6tigt, um das Dorf Arubot zu erreichen, obwohl es sich nur knapp hundert Kilometer von der Hauptstadt Kathmandu entfernt befindet. Wieder einmal war der Weg das Ziel. Der Gang mit Panta am n\u00e4chsten Tag durch das kleine Bergdorf offenbart die Erdbebensch\u00e4den. Kaum ein Haus, welches keine Risse aufweist &#8211; einige davon sind einsturzgef\u00e4hrdet. Die Schule ist komplett zerst\u00f6rt. Erst vor ein paar Jahren wurde sie mit Hilfe japanischen Spenden errichtet. Zelte, die vom UNHCR, dem Fl\u00fcchtlingshilfswerk der Vereinten Nationen geliefert wurden, sind unbrauchbar, da sich bereits nach kurzer Zeit ihre Au\u00dfenhaut durch UV-Licht und den Witterungsbedingungen, die w\u00e4hrend des Monsun herrschten, aufl\u00f6ste. Immer noch hausen einige Dorfbewohner in selbst gezimmerten H\u00fctten aus Wellblech und Bambus. Die Zisterne, die sich im Garten hinter Pantas Haus befindet, ist so stark besch\u00e4digt, das sie kein Wasser mehr speichern kann. Jeden Tag steigt Nirmal, Pantas \u00e4lterer Bruder, den steilen Berg hinab zum Fluss, f\u00fcllt viele Plastikflaschen mit dem Wasser des Sun Kosi und tr\u00e4gt sie m\u00fchsam mit seinem Doko, den aus Bambus geflochten traditionellen Korb, den er mittels Schulter- und Stirnriemen auf dem R\u00fccken tr\u00e4gt, wieder den Berg hinauf.<\/p>\n<p>Mit einem Gebetsschal aus wei\u00dfer Seide, der Khata, welcher mir von Samita, der Frau des Hauses, zum Abschied um den Hals gelegt wird, verlasse ich das Dorf wieder mit dem Bus.<\/p>\n<p>Die Hoffnung auf eine angenehmere R\u00fcckfahrt wird je zunichte gemacht, da dieser Bus \u2013 gef\u00fchlt \u2013 \u00fcber keine Sto\u00dfd\u00e4mpfer verf\u00fcgt. Hinter mir knallt es st\u00e4ndig, da ein paar Schulm\u00e4dchen einen Wettbewerb austragen, welche von ihnen die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Kaugummiblase erzeugt. Beim n\u00e4chsten Stopp steigen vier fr\u00f6hlich meckernde Ziegen in den Bus, die derma\u00dfen selbstbewusst wirken, als w\u00e4re es eine t\u00e4gliche Routine f\u00fcr sie. Die Fahrt wird von wilden Rhythmen indischer Bollywood-Musik begleitet und zwar in einer Lautst\u00e4rke, dass die gigantischen Lautsprecherboxen, die sich im Fahrerbereich befinden, an ihre Leistungsgrenze kommen. Offenkundig ist der Busfahrer in seine Hightech-Hupe verliebt, da er diese so oft als m\u00f6glich bem\u00fcht und die damit in eine \u201eDezibel-Competition\u201c mit den Lautsprecherboxen angetreten ist. Das auditive Entertainment ist somit voll ausgesch\u00f6pft. Bunt und eindrucksvoll wird diese Fahrt in Erinnerung bleiben. An pr\u00e4gnanten Erlebnissen mangelt es nicht in diesem beeindruckenden Land. Man muss nur bereit sein diese t\u00e4glichen Geschenke als solche zu erkennen und wertzusch\u00e4tzen. Durch eine ge\u00e4nderte Sichtweise k\u00f6nnen Dinge, die bislang f\u00fcr Kleinigkeiten gehalten wurden, pl\u00f6tzlich eine gro\u00dfe Bedeutung bekommen und Dinge, die vormals absolut wesentlich erschienen, k\u00f6nnen auf einmal v\u00f6llig bedeutungslos werden. \u00dcberall ist Wunderland.<\/p>\n<p>Als ich wieder zur\u00fcck in der nepalesischen Hauptstadt bin, setze ich meine Erkundungen zu Fu\u00df und durch schmale Gassen fort und finde mich erneut auf dem quirligen Markt Asan Tole wieder. In der Mitte des Platzes befindet sich ein kleines steinernes Becken, ein Schrein, indem sich der Ny\u0101lon, ein steinerner Fisch, befindet. Dieser soll einst, so erz\u00e4hlt es eine Legende, vor langer Zeit und w\u00e4hrend eines heftigen Regens vom Himmel gefallen sein. Seit einer Ewigkeit ruht er an diesem Platz.
